Delete Your Account
Permanently remove your NammaRaidu account and all associated data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted you will be immediately logged out and lose access to all your data. Your wallet balance will be forfeited. Ensure you have no pending orders before proceeding.
🗑️ The following data will be permanently deleted:
- ✕Your profile and personal information (name, phone number, email, profile photo)
- ✕All order history — food delivery, bike taxi, parcel delivery, grocery, and laundry
- ✕Saved addresses linked to your account
- ✕Wallet balance and all transaction history
- ✕All app preferences and settings
- ✕Ratings and reviews you have submitted
- ✕Push notification tokens and device information
⚖️ What we are legally required to retain
Even after deletion, certain records must be kept as required by Indian law:
Order transaction records
Retained for 3 years — required for GST compliance and legal dispute resolution under Indian law.
Financial logs (wallet credits, debits, withdrawals)
Retained for 5 years as required by the Income Tax Act 1961.
Anonymised trip and delivery data
Anonymised within 30 days. No personal identifiers are retained.
Fraud or dispute records (if applicable)
Retained if your account was involved in an active complaint or legal matter.
Wallet balance will be forfeited. If you have any remaining balance in your NammaRaidu wallet, please contact support before deleting your account if you would like a refund.

📱 Delete from the app (recommended)
The fastest and most immediate way to delete your account is directly inside the NammaRaidu app:
Open the NammaRaidu app
Launch the app and make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Scroll to Account Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page to find the Account section.
Tap "Delete Account"
Tap "Delete Account". You will see a screen listing everything that will be permanently deleted.
Check the confirmation box
Read the consequences carefully. Tick the checkbox confirming you understand the action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Tap "Permanently Delete My Account"
Your account will be deleted immediately. You will be logged out and all your data will be removed within 30 days.

If you no longer have access to your device or account, submit a request below. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 7 business days.
